Obdobje navajanja na dojenčka, na veliko spremembo v življenju, na dojenje in hud primanjkljaj spanja. Hitro ugotovimo, da sami ne zmoremo, a prositi za pomoč je tako težko. Katere so pasti tega obdobja, na kaj lahko popazimo že prej in si naredimo nek poporodni načrt, da nam je lažje po porodu; kakšen bo partnerski odnos po porodu in spolnost, bo še kdaj kot je bilo; kaj pa poporodna otožnost, veliko se v tem času o njej piše, a malokdo ve, kakšna zares je, kako pride in kako se kaže. Dobro je postopati tako, da se ji ognemo in ne damo možnosti, da pride, ker res rada pride še posebej v obdobju, ko se življenje postavlja nazaj v svoje običajne tirnice. A, kako?
